What to do after a traumatic brain injury?

by James Holliday, posted in Brain Injury

After a traumatic brain injury, the first and most important thing is to get the immediate urgent care that you need. After that, your loved ones and friends should be looking out for nuances or small signs that there’s a difference in your personality or your mood. Sometimes little things can add up to big problems later on.

There are red flags that loved ones should be looking for. They can get you to the right doctors who could do certain tests to really look into the scope of the problem, so that we can be prepared to get you help that you need down the road.

Sometimes these conditions don’t get better, they get worse. If you or a loved one has been hurt in an accident where you suffered a traumatic brain injury, please give me a call and we’ll sit down and figure it out together.
