Who do you report a dog bite to?

Who do you report a dog bite to?
If you or a loved one has been bitten by a dog, you want to report that right away to animal control and to your local law enforcement. When you report it, you should have photographs of the injury and medical bills handy if you have those so that they can begin their investigation and look into the details.   Animal Control or law enforcement can deem that dog to be a dangerous dog and during that investigation, the owner cannot transfer ownership of the dog.   If you or a loved one have been bitten by a dog and have questions please give me a call and I'll be happy to sit down with you.
