How can surgery help my back pain?

by James Holliday, posted in Personal Injury

Often times, clients come to me, and they’ve been struggling with back pain for a long period of time, and they’ve already undergone physical therapy. They’ve taken medication. They’ve been to a chiropractor, and they’re still left with this pain that’s their constant companion. So what I’ll do is sit down with them and go over the various options and experts in the field, and I’ll help them find a board certified surgeon who can look at the condition and determine what’s actually causing the pain. One of the consequences that the patient need to look at is can they live with an understanding that they’re gonna have permanent loss of flexion of that level of the of the spine. They lose mobility, and it’s a trade off that the patient and my client needs to sit down with their family to discuss ’cause it’s a big issue. So if you’re having chronic back pain, it’s very important to get with a lawyer who knows a lot about the medical field and has connections with the top doctors in your local area. If you’re having problems with low back pain, please come in and see me. I’d like to talk with ya and see if I could help ya out.
