Pharmacy mistakes do happen. With managed-care, negotiating prices so low, many pharmacists are dispensing the medications quickly, sometimes, too quickly and it results in harms to their patients. If you think that you've been injured by a pharmaceutical mistake, please come in and meet with me for several reasons.
First, we need to put the pharmacy on written notice of the mistake to protect other people that might also become victims of that error. Secondly, we need to obtain documentation of the potential case right away to preserve all the potential evidence that exists in pursuing this cause of action.
